1.  A person sees the forum on the web.
2.  You can see most boards, and read the threads on the boards which are visible (not all are
at this point).
2.  To do more, you must register with the forum, providing among other things, your email address.
3.  You must then validate your email address, whereupon you are automatically registered as a
member of the forum.  You will have the following priviledges:
     Can see most boards.  However, some are still invisible.
     Can read all boards which are visible.
     Can post new threads and make replies in the following boards:
                     Forum Suggestions
                     General Discussion
     Reply only to the following boards:
                                Cars/Parts for Sale
                     Shop Talk
                                Detailing Your Car
                                Shows and Events

You may request to join other groups within the forum.  Membership in a group will give you the
ability to:

     Start threads
     Reply to threads
     See all boards
     Read messages within a board
     Upload things, i.e., pictures, etc.
     A person or persons is designated the Manager for that board and has the ability to accept or
reject new members, as does the forum Administrator (me)
